Annual self-evaluations are mandatory and should be conducted with probity and the rigour of independent eyes.

Jamie Travis is a registered occupational therapist and leader in health service governance with experience spanning three decades in:

  • Developing provider standards, conditions and competencies,
  • Establishing health outcome measures and evaluation methods,
  • Personal injury scheme/agent auditing and performance evaluation, and
  • Evaluating clinical governance, quality management and service provision systems.

Jamie is a Certified Disability Management Auditor and works with rehabilitation providers, workers compensation authorities and insurers/agents on service evaluation & performance improvement initiatives.

He was deeply involved in the accreditation review which gave rise to the Conditions of Approval and Principles of Workplace Rehabiltation.
